Summary:
The HR Director will serve as a partner by ensuring alignment between the business operations and human resources practices and objectives. Frequently engages with directors and VP’s on projects and initiatives. This position will provide strong partnership in talent acquisition activities, leading change, supporting organizational development, performance guidance, policy interpretation, daily leadership coaching, culture development and managing employee relations activities. This position will focus on improving organizational effectiveness using analytics and data.
Duties:
Manages complex problem resolution support in dealing with performance management, employee relations issues, and organizational change management.
Drives the design, development and execution of full cycle recruitment plans and talent sourcing strategies that guarantee the attraction, selection, and successful recruitment of potential talents that will further drive the achievement of staffing goals as well as the business’s overall objectives.
Manages training needs with leaders and advocates for continuous learning for employees where necessary, providing coaching and mentoring support when required.
Maintains clear and detailed knowledge of industry trends, new technologies in human resources and best practices to attract and retain valuable employees.
Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, reviews policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Provides consistent application and interpretation of policies and procedures throughout the organization.
Communicate and promote human resources initiatives to assigned business units to ensure that initiatives are being utilized consistently and effectively throughout the organization.
Serves as a vital link between assigned business unit(s) and functional and teams, fostering collaboration.
Promotes and work as a company culture agent. Demonstrates and supports the organizations mission, vision and values.
Perform other duties as it relates to human resources, as assigned. May lead various human resources projects.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Minimum five to seven years of previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to build relationships and trust with strong skills in coaching and mentoring.
Excellent conflict management and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to engage with others, establish trust and build solid professional relationships, influence at all levels.
